At LiveRamp, I directed enterprise-wide technology initiatives that drove six-figure annual savings and improved operational performance across global teams in the U.S., EMEA, and APAC. As the strategic owner of the enterprise roadmap for internal systems, I aligned platform decisions with organizational priorities spanning workforce planning, business operations, compliance, and analytics. I led cross-functional automation efforts that enhanced system integrity, reduced friction across workflows, and improved the experience for users and stakeholders at every level.
Operating within a fast-paced Agile environment, I oversaw sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative releases—ensuring delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions. At ARE, I led enterprise technology initiatives that supported a full-scale digital transformation during a period of organizational growth and post-merger integration. Reporting directly to the CEO and CFO, I served as a trusted advisor on strategic decision-making across Finance, HR, Sales, and Engineering—helping to bridge technology with long-term business goals and operational design.
I managed the end-to-end migration from Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft to Deltek ERP, executing a phased rollout grounded in gap analysis, future-state planning, and change management. I also led the post-merger integration of ARE and Airshark, overseeing the migration of over 2TB of data and ensuring operational continuity across teams. As part of this effort, I introduced a master data management framework and standardized tool usage across field teams to ensure alignment and system integrity.
Beyond implementation, I designed and enforced compliance frameworks aligned with FRA, FAA, SOX, and ISO 27001, while overseeing vendor procurement, internal governance, and technical policy development. I centralized revenue operations through CRM consolidation, mitigated shadow IT risk, and clarified system ownership across business units. My work in organizational design included surfacing misalignments in structure and reporting, and guiding leadership through the redesign of roles, responsibilities, and governance practices—building a foundation for long-term scale, collaboration, and clarity.

At Mavenlink, I led the enterprise-wide implementation and administration of ADP during the organization’s transition from a legacy HRIS platform—strengthening payroll operations, streamlining benefits administration, and reinforcing HR compliance infrastructure. In parallel, I managed core financial processes, including invoicing, subscription billing, and deferred revenue schedules, to support financial reporting accuracy and recurring revenue forecasting.
In addition to systems and finance responsibilities, I directly oversaw employee relations for a workforce of over 1,500—ensuring timely resolution of workplace issues, maintaining policy alignment, and reinforcing a culture of accountability and support during a period of rapid organizational growth.

At TOCA Football, I partnered closely with the CEO and CFO to architect the internal operations strategy during a pivotal stage of startup growth. Reporting to and advising the executive team, I played a strategic role in designing foundational systems and operational frameworks across Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Inventory—ensuring business alignment, cross-functional cohesion, and readiness for scale.
I implemented enterprise tools and policy frameworks that balanced the company’s entrepreneurial pace with long-term operational integrity. This included configuring Salesforce to streamline sales processes, administering SHRM-aligned HR programs through Insperity, and creating scalable workflows to support employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and onboarding. I also developed internal policies and data governance standards to support operational transparency, accountability, and early-stage compliance.
In addition to systems design and policy leadership, I managed a 20-person team across exempt and non-exempt roles, and streamlined accounting operations in QuickBooks Online—overseeing invoicing, journal entries, credit card reconciliation, and expense reporting.
